View service agreements

You can use the Service agreements page to view a list of service agreements that have been created. You then can use the View service agreement page to view the details of a specific service agreement or line.

  1. Click Service management on the top link bar, and then click Service agreements on the Quick Launch.

    –or–

    Click Project on the top link bar, click Projects on the Quick Launch, select a project, click the Maintain tab, and then click Related information > Service agreements.

    The Service agreements page is displayed, where you can view a list of service agreements.

    Note

    If the Suspended check box is selected for a service agreement, you cannot create service orders from that agreement.

  2. To view details about a specific service agreement, click the service agreement link for the agreement to open the View service agreement.

    The Lines FastTab lists the lines for the service agreement.

  3. To view details about a service agreement line, select the line, and then click the Details button. The View service agreement line page is displayed, where you can view detailed information about the proposed service work.

  4. Click the Close button to return to the View service agreement page.

  5. You can click the buttons in the Related Information group to display the service object relations, service orders, and service tasks that are related to this agreement.
