View prospect records

Use the Prospects page to view a list of prospective customers. You can also view detailed information about the selected prospect record.
Click Sales on the top link bar, and then click Prospects on the Quick Launch.
To view details about a prospect, in the Name column, click the prospect record that you want to view.
