View notifications [AX 2012]

On the Vendor portal, you can view notifications from the customer. New notifications are displayed in bold font. You can view any attachments that are sent with notifications. You can also delete a notification from the list.

NoteNote

You cannot modify or respond to notifications directly from the Notifications page.

Use this procedure to open and view the contents of a notification from the customer.

  1. On the Home page, click Notifications on the Quick Launch.

  2. The subject, name of the sender, the date sent, and the expiration date of the notification are displayed in the list of notifications.

  3. Select a notification in the list. On the Action Pane, click View to open and read the message.

Use this procedure to open and view an attachment to a notification from the customer.

  1. On the Home page, click Notifications on the Quick Launch.

  2. Select a notification in the list. A document icon in the first column of the notifications list indicates that the notification has an attachment.

  3. On the Action Pane, click Attachments.

Use this procedure to delete a notification from your list of notifications from the customer.

  1. On the Home page, click Notifications in the Quick Launch.

  2. Select a notification from the list.

  3. On the Action Pane, click Delete.
