View cases that are assigned to you

You can view the list of cases that you created or that are assigned to you, including cases that are related to customer or vendor issues and cases that are related to audit violations. You can also view detailed information about a specific case, such as the status of the case, activities, and knowledge articles that employees are using to resolve the issue.

  1. Click Sales on the top link bar, and then expand Cases and click All my Cases on the Quick Launch.

  2. To view detailed information about a case, in the Case ID column, click the case that you want to view.
