Maintain your personal information

You can use the Personal information page to view and update information about you. Maintaining your personal information can include a variety of tasks, such as keeping your contact information current, maintaining your list of emergency contacts, and maintaining your personal mailing addresses.

Update information directly on this page, or use the Quick Launch links to open pages where you can view and update additional information.

Note

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.

The Personal information page contains the following FastTabs:

  • Personal details – Displays your name, job, position, title, and start date. This information is read-only.

  • Personal contacts – Lists the contacts that you have designated as your dependents, beneficiaries, or emergency contacts.

  • Addresses – Lists your personal mailing addresses.

  • Contact information – Lists your personal contact information.

For specific information about adding, modifying, or removing a specific type of personal information, refer to the following topics.

View personal information details

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then select the FastTab that lists the information that you want to view.

  2. Select a row in the FastTab list and click Details to view detailed information about the selected row.

Add personal information

You can add personal information to the lists in the FastTabs on this page only if a Add button is displayed for the FastTab.

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar.

  2. Select a row in one of the FastTab lists (such as Addresses).

  3. Click Add for the specific list.

  4. Enter or select information in the fields and click Save and close. The list of personal information will be updated with the new information.

Modify your personal information

You can modify personal information in each list on this page only if an Edit button is displayed for the list.

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar.

  2. Select a row in one of the FastTab lists (such as Addresses) that contains the information that you want to modify.

  3. Click Edit for the specific list. The Edit page for the type of personal information that you want to modify is displayed.

  4. Enter or select information in the fields and click Save and close. The list of personal information will be updated with the new information.

Delete personal information

You can delete personal information from each list on this page only if a Remove button is displayed for the list.

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar.

  2. Select a row in one of the FastTab lists (such as Addresses) that contains the information to delete.

  3. Click Remove for the specific list. The personal information is deleted from the list.
