If you submit a travel requisition for a business expense and the requisition is approved, after you have incurred the expense you must reconcile your approved travel requisition before submitting your expense report. You can reconcile your travel requisition when you enter information in your expense report.

  1. Click Expenses on the top link bar, and then click Expense reports on the Quick Launch.

  2. Select the expense report that you want to reconcile with the travel requisition.

  3. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click Expense report to create a new expense report, or in the Expense report number column, select the expense report that you want to modify.
