Reporting details (form)

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. Select the item. On the Action Pane, on the Manage inventory tab, in the Compliance group, select Reporting details.

Use this form to set up, maintain, and view different types of data that is used in reporting regulated and restricted material activity to regulatory agencies.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Set up, modify, and view information that is used to report regulated and restricted material activity to various regulatory entities.

Item CAS relations

Open the Item CAS relations form to view or record details for items that are stored under Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) numbers.

Update quantities

Open the Update quantities form to update on-hand and yearly totals.

Item number

The identification for the selected regulated item.

EPCRA product name

View or enter the product name for reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA).

TSCA product name

View or enter the product name for reporting under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

CERCLA product name

View or enter the product name for reporting under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

CERCLA reportable quantity

View or enter the CERCLA quantity at which reporting is required.

TRI threshold

View or enter the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) threshold at which reporting is required under EPCRA.

Release determination

View or enter free-form text that describes the release of TRI.

Usage

View or enter free-form text that describes the use of TRI.

OSHA product name

View or enter the product name for reporting under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

OSHA threshold quantity

View or enter the OSHA threshold at which reporting is required.

EHS reportable quantity

View or enter the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) quantity at which reporting is required under EPCRA.

EHS threshold planning quantity

View or enter the EHS threshold planning quantity at which an emergency plan must be prepared under EPCRA.

On-hand quantity

The on-hand quantity for the item.

Yearly quantity produced

The item quantity that was manufactured or processed annually. The period used to calculate the quantity. This period is based on the Start date and End date parameters set up on the Product compliance tab in the Inventory and warehouse parameters form.

Yearly quantity used

The item quantity that was used annually. The period used to calculate the quantity. This period is based on the Start date and End date parameters set up on the Product compliance tab in the Inventory and warehouse parameters form.

Yearly production volume

The annual production volume for the item.
