Click Inventory management > Setup > Quality control > Test groups.

Use this form to set up, edit, and view test groups and the individual tests that are assigned to a test group.

Set up prerequisites to report quality order results for a potency item

Description

Update inventory batch attribute

Select this check box to update the inventory batch attributes by using the test results.

Update batch disposition

Select this check box to update the batch disposition code for the related inventory batch.

Failed quantity order batch disposition

View or select the disposition code to use when test results, which were entered and validated, are confirmed by the quality order status of Fail. This optional disposition status indicates that this material has failed quality testing.

Passed quality order batch disposition

View or select the disposition code to use when test results, which have been entered and validated, are confirmed by the quality order status of Pass. This optional disposition status indicates that this material has passed quality testing.

Test value determination

Select one of the following options to indicate the method that is used to determine the result for a selected test:

  • Average

  • Maximum

  • Minimum

  • Manual

Attribute

Select or view the attribute for the batch item that you want to update based on order line results for this test. This attribute is used as the default value for the test in related quality orders. However, you can override the default attribute value at the quality order level. Order line test results are passed to the appropriate batch item to update attributes.
