Consolidated batch orders (list page)

Click Production control > Common > Consolidated batch orders.

Use this form to view and create consolidated batch orders.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Consolidated batch order

View a list of consolidated batch orders. To filter the list by certain categories, such as the consolidated quantity or delivery date, use the Consolidated batch order button and make a selection. To view details for a specific consolidated batch order, double-click the line.

Open the Consolidated batch orders details form to view existing consolidated orders or to create new consolidated orders.

Consolidated batch order

The identification for the consolidated order.

Product name

The name of the bulk product.

Site

The identification of the site where the consolidated order is produced.

Consolidated quantity

The batch size, which is the scheduled production quantity.

BOM unit

The identification of the formula that is used as the basis for the consolidated batch order. There may be several versions of a formula item. However, for each consolidated batch order there is always only one formula that is current and that is used as the basis for the consolidated batch order.

Order date

The earliest date of all batch orders that are associated with this consolidated order.

Time of order

The latest time of all batch orders that are associated with this consolidated order.

Delivery date

The latest date of all batch orders that are associated with this consolidated batch order.

Time

The latest time of all batch orders that are associated with this consolidated batch order.

Status

The status of the consolidated batch order in the overall production cycle.
