Multi-dimension on-hand (form)

Click Inventory management > Inquiries > Packaging > Multi dimension on-hand.
Use this form to view multi dimension on-hand inventory records. This inquiry lets you view inventory for the different containers that exist for the item. Each line displays the quantity in the container unit and also the quantity in the inventory unit.
Note
This form is only applicable for products that have been set up for containerized packaging.

The quantity in inventory units of measure. |
Item number |
The identification for the item. |
Product name |
The name of the product. |
Inventory unit |
The inventory unit of measure. |
Inventory dimensions |
The dimensions that describe the specific item. For more information, see About inventory dimensions and dimension groups. |
Physical inventory |
The physical quantity in the inventory. |
Physical reserved |
The total quantity of the item that was physically reserved for the inventory dimension. |
Available physical |
The available quantity (not reserved) from the physical inventory. |
Ordered in total |
The total amount of ordered items. |
Ordered reserved |
The total quantity of the item that is reserved on ordered receipts for the inventory dimension. Amounts appear in the field when you total all issue transactions with the status Ordered reserved. Because items that are reserved as ordered are not physically available in inventory, they cannot be directly picked and delivered from inventory. |
Total available |
The total available quantity of an item. |
Physical cost amount |
The inventory value for the physically updated quantity. |
Financial cost amount |
The financial value for the physically updated quantity. |
Cost price |
The average cost price, which is calculated using the following formula: (Total Financial cost amount / Total Posted quantity). The cost price represents the value at which one unit of the item is picked from inventory the next time that the invoice is updated. To include physically updated quantities and values in the average cost price calculation, select Include physical value on the Inventory model FastTab in the Item model groups form. To use the standard cost price, select Standard cost in the Inventory model field. |
