Click Sales and marketing > Common > Customers > All customers. In the All customers list, double-click a customer record to open it. Or, on the Action Pane on the Customer tab, in the New group, click Customer to create a new customer record.

Use this form to create and maintain your organization’s customer records.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Setup

Click Setup and select Sellable days. The Sellable days by customer form is displayed for you to set up and maintain the number of days a customer identifies as its sellable period. The customer can define sellable periods for specific items, item groups, or all items.

In the Batch reservation form, sellable days are taken into account, so you can reserve only against batches that are within the defined sellable days’ period.

Customer rebate group

View or select the customer rebate group to which the customer is assigned for applying specific rebates for the group.

This field appears on the Sales order defaults tab.

Customer TMA group

View or select the customer Trade and Merchandising Allowance (TMA) group to which the customer is assigned for applying specific TMA rebates for the group.

This field appears on the Sales order defaults tab.

Freight accrual

Select the check box to generate a rebate to the customer if the Rebate program type specified in the rebate agreement is Freight.

This field appears on the Invoice and delivery FastTab.
