Click Inventory management > Setup > Product compliance > Restricted products regional lists.

Use this form to set up, maintain, and view restricted product lists for countries, states, and regions. You associate specific products with a restricted product regional list on the Restricted products by country and state form and the Restricted products for countries and states by item form.

Create a restricted products regional list for a country or region

Open the Restricted products form to add or maintain restricted products for the selected country, state, or region.

Product safety data sheet

Open the Product safety data sheet form to view or maintain the Product safety data sheet for the selected country, state, or region.

Country/region

View or select the identification for the country, state or region.

Name

The name of the country or region.

State/Province

View or select the identification for the state or province.

List ID

View or enter a unique identification for the list.

Description

View or enter a complete description for the list.

Restriction list type

Select the type of restriction list. The following options are available:

  • Inclusive — Products distributed under the list are not restricted and can be sold in this country. You can select this list type only at the country level.

  • Exclusive — Products distributed under the list are restricted and cannot be sold in any country, state, or province in which the list is valid. You can select this list type at the country, state, or province level.
