The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Explanation
This Warning event indicates that the secondary index is corrupted.
User Action
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
Perform an offline defragmentation of the database. To perform an offline defragmentation of the database, stop the directory service, and then run the Exchange Server Database Utilities (Eseutil.exe) tool together by using the /d switch. For more information about how to use this command, use the /? switch.
After the offline defragmentation of the database is completed, restart the directory service.
