Cash advance configuration key (TRVAdvance)

The Cash advance configuration key enables you to use the cash advance functionality. With this key enabled, you can set up cash advance currencies for your workers to select from. Workers can create cash advance requests, from which you can create cash advance reports. When workers are creating an expense report, cash advance is offered as an expense type to allow the return of cash advances not used.

When a worker enters an expense report, any out-of-pocket expenses are automatically deducted from any cash advance balances that are in the same currency.

You can enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
