Click Inventory management > Periodic > Quality management > Corrections.
Use this form to view and add corrections for approved nonconformance records.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview |
View a list of nonconformance records that are currently being corrected. |
General |
View information about a selected nonconformance record and its correction. |
Filter |
Select filters and filter values to view a subset of the list of nonconformance records that have a correction. |
Buttons

Mark complete |
Change the status of the correction to Ended when you have completed the correction. |
Reopen |
Reopen a correction that has a status of Ended. |
Fields

Description |

Non conformance number |
Enter the identifier of the nonconformance record. |
Diagnostic |
Enter the diagnostic action that should be taken to resolve the nonconformance. |
Worker |
Enter the employee who is assigned to process the correction. |
Correction priority |
Select the priority level that is assigned to the correction. You should work to correct high-priority nonconformances before low-priority or normal-priority nonconformances. |
Requested date |
Enter the date on which the correction is requested to be completed. |
Planned date |
Enter the date on which you plan to complete the correction. |
Short-term solution |
The correction is a short-term solution to the nonconformance. If you clear the check box, the solution is considered a long-term solution. The value of this check box is used for reference information. |
Completed |
Show whether the correction has been completed. |
Non conformance number |
Filter the list of corrections based on the nonconformance identifier that was specified. |
Diagnostic |
Filter the list of corrections based on the diagnostic type that was specified. |
Worker |
Filter the list of corrections based on the employee who was assigned. |
Correction status |
Filter the list of corrections based on a correction status of Open, Ended, or All. |
Priority |
Filter the list of corrections based on a priority of low, normal, or high. |
