Free text invoice

Open the Free text invoice form, where you can create a free text invoice.

Edit

Open the Free text invoice form, where you can modify the selected free text invoice, if the invoice has not been posted.

Edit in grid

Open the Free text invoice form, where you can view and modify free text invoices in a spreadsheet format.

View

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Copy – View the selected invoice by using the print management setting for a copy of a document.

  • Original – View the selected invoice by using the print management setting for an original document.

Send

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Copy – Send the selected invoice electronically by using the print management setting for a copy of a document.

  • Original – Send the selected invoice electronically by using the print management setting for an original document.

Print

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Selected – Print the selected invoice.

  • Range – Open the Print customer invoice form, where you can select and print a range of invoices.

Analyze data

Open the Power View report designer, where you can create a report. For more information, see Create a report by using Power View to connect to a cube.

Assigned to queue

The date and time that the free text invoice work item was assigned to the queue. You can sort by the Assigned to queue time to help prioritize the work items in the queue.
