The Case online request configuration key enables access to the Sites Services solution for online case requests. With this key enabled, customer service staff or sales staff can use Sites Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP to accept case requests online from customers (in addition to vendors and employees).
You can enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
