Campaign process (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Campaigns > Campaign process.

Use this form to define processes and activities for a campaign.

Name

Enter the name of the campaign process.

Description

Enter a brief description of the campaign process.

Active

Select this check box to start the campaign process.

Type

Select the type of hierarchy for the process. The available values are None, Project, Sales process, Lead qualifying process, Campaign process, and Case process.

Activity number

The unique identification number of the activity.

Purpose

Enter the purpose of the activity.

Calculated start in (days)

Enter the number of days from the current date that the activity should start.

Calculated end in (days)

Enter the number of days from the current date that the activity should end.

Start time

Enter the start time of the activity.

End time

Enter the end time of the activity.

Responsibility

Select the responsibility for the activity.

Responsible

Select the worker who is responsible for the activity.

Notes

Enter notes about the activity.

Responsibilities

Enter a responsibility for the campaign process.

Description

Enter a brief description of the responsibility.
