Batch job for delivery due date notification workflow (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Periodic > Purchase orders > Batch job for delivery due date notification workflow.

Use this form to set up batch jobs to notify employees in advance of an expected delivery of ordered products. The settings enable the workflow to notify the employee about a product delivery on a defined number of days before the actual delivery date. You define that number of days in this form. You also define whether to run the notifications by using batch jobs.

Set up parameters that define when to notify employees of delivery due dates.

Batch

Set up batch jobs to make the workflow notify employees on a defined number of days before the actual delivery due date.

Select

Enter the criteria to filter purchase order lines on. The purchase order lines that you want to include in the notification of delivery due dates are included in the batch job.

Recurrence

Set up recurring batch jobs.

Alerts

Set up alerts for the batch jobs.

Days before delivery date

Enter the number of days before the delivery due date that the employee should be notified by the workflow when ordered products are due for delivery.

Run job for all companies

Select this check box to make the batch job search for purchase orders in all companies.

Type

The type of the purchase. For more information, see About purchase order types.

Line status

The line status of the selected purchase order. The status indicates the progress in the purchase order’s life cycle.

Record-ID

The identifier of the record.

Batch processing

Select this check box to run the task as a batch job.

Task description

The description of the batch job.

Batch group

Select the batch group that you want to assign the batch job to.

Private

Select this check box to make sure that only the user who set up the batch job can run that job.
