Using the Rule Deployment Wizard to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM e-mail rules (erds3]
The account that you use to run the Rule Deployment Wizard requires Microsoft Exchange administrator permissions, and it must have access to the mailboxes of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM users for whom you will create Inbox rules.
You can create this mailbox access by using one of the following methods:
Grant Microsoft Exchange administrator permissions to the account that will run the Rule Deployment Wizard.
Use the Run As command to run the Rule Deployment Wizard. To do this, right-click Rule Deployment Wizard and then click Run As. Next, enter the credentials of a Microsoft Exchange Administrator and then click OK. After the wizard starts, it will be run under the context of the specified Exchange Administrator.
Note You cannot use the Rule Deployment Wizard to deploy rules to mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange Online.
