Changing a user’s e-mail options
The E-mail Router is very flexible. In one deployment, some users can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook as an e-mail router while other users use a forward mailbox or the Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router for incoming e-mail.
You can change these settings at any time. But note that after you change a user’s E-mail Access Configuration option, you must then run the E-mail Router Configuration Manager to update and publish the user’s configuration.
