Configuring Microsoft Outlook as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router requires the following:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook must be installed. For more information, see Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Installation Instructions.

  • Microsoft Outlook must be running.

  • You must have an active connection to the Microsoft Exchange server, Windows Live, or POP3 account and to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011.
