Create Account Page
Shoppers use the Create Account page to create an account on the system.
The Create Account default page has the following functionality:
Displays an error message (if applicable)
Displays instructional text (static)
Displays a list of predefined security questions
Displays a password creation tip
Displays a security question tip
Can create a new account
Provides a Cancel button

The Registration Web Part is used on this page to provide the following functionality:
