Disposition codes (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Sales orders > Returns > Disposition codes.

Use this form to create and maintain disposition codes to specify how various categories of returned items should be handled.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Charges

Open the Set up charges form, where you can apply a customer charge to be associated with the selected disposition code. An example could be a restocking fee for certain types of returns.

Disposition code

Open the External codes form, where you can define codes that are used to send and receive documents electronically through Application Integration Framework (AIF).

Select or view the follow-up action for items assigned to this disposition code.

Enter a description that explains what kind of action the disposition code covers.
