Disposition codes (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Sales orders > Returns > Disposition codes.
Use this form to create and maintain disposition codes to specify how various categories of returned items should be handled.

Charges |
Open the Set up charges form, where you can apply a customer charge to be associated with the selected disposition code. An example could be a restocking fee for certain types of returns. |
Disposition code |
Open the External codes form, where you can define codes that are used to send and receive documents electronically through Application Integration Framework (AIF). |
