View loyalty cards

This topic explains how to view information about all the retail loyalty cards that have been issued and the transactions that are linked to those cards. The upper pane of the form displays card numbers, and the lower pane displays the transactions that are related to each card.

Note

The information in this topic applies only to AX 2012 R2 and AX 2012 Feature Pack. For information about viewing loyalty card transactions in AX 2012 R3, see View loyalty rewards transactions.

To view information about loyalty cards, follow these steps:

  1. Click Retail > Inquiries > Loyalty cards

  2. To view information about a specific loyalty customer, select a loyalty card in the list, click Inquiries, and then click Loyalty customer.
