Click Human resources > Periodic > Compensation > Compensation events. Click Employees.
Use this form to view the calculated results of a compensation event per employee.

Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.
Buttons

Description |

Recommendation |
Open the Recommendation form, where you can view details about the compensation updates that were created by the current event. |
Recalculate |
Recalculates the recommended compensation for the selected employee. You can recalculate guidelines to reset all manual updates in the Recommendation form. Also, if you have changed a precondition, for example, the fixed increase budget for an organization after an event has been processed but before it had been loaded, you can recalculate the recommendation to include the update. |
Change status |
Update the status of the compensation event for the employee. |
Load employee compensation |
Update the employee records with the compensation updates. |

Status |
The status of the employee event:

Worker |
The employee that the event is created for. The compensation plans that employees are enrolled in determine what employee recommendation records are created. |
Process |
The process event that created the event. |
Event |
The event that generated the employee event. |
Version |
Indicates how many times the employee event has been recalculated. |
Created date and time |
The date and time when the event was created. |
Created by |
The user who created the event. |
Most recent hire date |
The most recent hire date of the selected employee. |
Calculated hire percent |
The percentage of the compensation cycle that applies to the calculation of a merit increase or variable award. If the Hire rule option on either a fixed or variable compensation plan is set to Percent, the compensation calculation is based on the specific period of employment, instead of on the full compensation cycle. |
Corrected hire percent |
Adjust the hire percentage, as appropriate, for the current employee. |
Error status |
Indicates if an error or warning message is found. |
