Planning types are required to schedule planned answer sessions for multiple respondents. For more information, see Distributing questionnaires.

Planning types are used to classify questionnaire schedules. For example, you might schedule questionnaires for the following purposes:

  • Evaluation

  • Survey

  • Testing

You can specify planning types for a questionnaire schedule in the Questionnaire schedules form. (Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Questionnaire schedules.)
