Work item queue assignment rules (form)

Click Organization administration > Setup > Workflow > Work item queue assignment rules.
Use this form to enter conditions that specify when documents are sent to a particular work item queue for processing. These conditions are called assignment rules. You can create several assignment rules and specify the order in which they are evaluated.

Open the Document handling form, where you can view the documents and notes that are associated with the selected assignment rule. |
Add condition |
Enter a condition to specify when documents are sent to a particular work item queue for processing. |

The type of document that is sent to the work item queue that appears in the Queue name field. |
Evaluation order |
The order in which the selected assignment rule is evaluated. |

The name of the work item queue that the assignment rule is associated with. |

The status of the work item queue that the assignment rule is associated with. |
