Click Home > Common > Work items. Then click one of the following options:
All work items
Work items assigned to me
Work items assigned to queues I administer
Work items assigned to my queues
Work items are workflow-related tasks that are assigned to you. For example, you may have to approve a document, make a decision about a document, or complete a task that is associated with a document. This list page displays work items that require action.

Open the document that the work item is associated with. |
History |
Open the Workflow history form, where you can view the status and history of the workflow that the work item is associated with. For more information, see Workflow history (form). |

Update the contents of this list page. |
Export to Microsoft Excel |
Export the list of work items to a Microsoft Excel worksheet. |
Actions |
Select an action to take on the selected work item. |
Fields

ID |
The identification code of the document that the work item is associated with. |
Subject |
Instructions that describe the action that the work item requires. |
Document type |
The type of document that the work item is associated with. |
Due date |
The date that the work item must be completed. |
From |
The user who submitted the document for processing. |
Creation date |
The date that the work item was created. |
Association |
The organization that the work item is associated with. |
Queue |
The work item queue that the document is assigned to. |
Assigned to queue |
The date that the document was assigned to the work item queue. |
Legal entities |
The legal entities that the work item is associated with. |
