Use this form to view inquiries about retail sales and the transactions that are linked to the sales.

From date

The first date of the date range to view retail sales transactions for.

From time

The starting time of the date range to view retail sales transactions for.

To date

The last date of the date range to view retail sales transactions for.

To time

The ending time of the date range to view retail sales transactions for.

Category

Select the retail category to view sales transactions for.

Item number

Select the unique identifier of a product to view sales transactions for.

Show all transactions.

Select this option to view all retail sales transactions, regardless of the status.

Show open transactions only.

Select this option to view only retail sales transactions that have a status of Open.

Show posted transactions only

Select this option to view only retail sales transactions that have a status of Posted.

Product name

The name that is associated with the item number.

Size

The size of the product that was sold.

Color

The color of the product that was sold.

Site

The site where the product was stored in a warehouse.

Warehouse

The warehouse where the product was stored in inventory.

Batch number

The unique identifier of the POS batch.

Serial number

The serial number of the product that was sold.

Entry status

The status of the transaction. The status can be Posted or Unposted.

Date

The date that the sale was recorded.

Transaction time

The time that the sale was recorded.

Quantity

The number of units that were sold.

Price

The price at which the product was sold.

Cash discount amount

The discount that is allowed for the sale.

Net amount

The net amount of the sale.

Sales tax amount

The amount of tax that was calculated for the sale.

Store number

The unique identifier of the store where the sale occurred.

Register

The number of the POS terminal that recorded the sale.

Staff

The worker who processed the sale.

Shift

The work shift in which the sale occurred.

Total quantity

The sum of the quantities for the selected sales.

Net amount

The sum of the purchase amounts for the selected sales.

Sales tax amount

The sum of the taxes for the selected sales.

Total discount

The sum of the discounts that are allowed for the selected sales.
