Navigating the form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Rating	Select the performance rating. The information in this field is maintained in the following form: Performance ratings (form).
Description	The description of the performance rating.
Allocation	The allocation code for the performance rating.
Type	The type of compensation plan for the performance rating.
Performance factor %	Enter a performance factor. This factor is multiplied by the calculated merit increase or award. The result will increase or decrease the award for the worker, based on his or her performance rating.
