About viewing and evaluating results [AX 2012]

After respondents complete a questionnaire, you can view and evaluate the questionnaire results in the following ways:

  • Completed answer sessions – View details about respondents’ completed questionnaires and generate reports to summarize answers, and also any points that were earned.

  • Result groups – View result group details and statistics for questionnaires. Result group statistics can be generated for either a single answer session or for all answer sessions of a questionnaire.

  • Questionnaire statistics – Specify criteria to calculate statistics for a specific group of respondents.

Various reports can also be generated to view results sorted by person, answer session, or result group. The following reports pertaining to completed questionnaires are available:

  • Answers – Click Home > Reports > Questionnaires > Answers > Answers.

  • Answers per questionnaire – Click Home > Reports > Questionnaires > Answers > Answers per questionnaire.

  • Answers per person – Click Home > Reports > Questionnaires > Answers > Answers per person.

  • Feedback analysis – Click Home > Reports > Questionnaires > Answers > Feedback analysis.
