(USA) Migrate the Commerce Services account

After you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, migrate your account for Commerce Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP. This step is the second of three steps that are required to upgrade your Commerce Services account and its data.

For information about the other steps, see “Related topics” at the end of this topic.

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Commerce Services > Upgrade checklist.

  2. In the Upgrade checklist – Commerce Services form, expand the Upgrade Commerce Services group.

  3. Click Migrate Commerce Services account.

    Microsoft Dynamics AX displays a progress indicator for migration of your Commerce Services account.

    When the account has been migrated, you can migrate your Commerce Services data.

    Note

    If an error occurs during migration, correct the cause of the error, and then migrate the account again.

Note

This feature is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed.
