Complete job and enter details (form)

Click Production control > Common > Lean manufacturing > Kanban board for process jobs. On the Action Pane, on the Manufacture tab, in the Production group, click Complete (details).
Use this form to register feedback for the selected kanban job or jobs.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Kanban |
The identifier of the kanban. |
Item number |
The product that is supplied by the kanban. |
Job quantity |
The quantity of product that is supplied by the kanban job. |
Error quantity |
Enter the quantity of product that does not meet quality standards. |
Good quantity |
Enter the quantity of product that meets quality standards. The default setting is the job quantity, but you can modify this. |
First time through |
If the job has been completed and rework was not required, select this check box to collect information about the quality targets for the job. If rework was required, do not select this check box. |
Transaction time |
The date and time when the status of the jobs is changed. The default setting is the current date, but you can modify this. |
Type |
The type of the kanban. A manufacturing kanban generates at least one process kanban job. A withdrawal kanban generates a single transfer kanban job. |
Product quantity |
The quantity of product that is supplied by the kanban. |
Priority |
Indicates that the kanban is defined as prioritized. |
Single use |
Indicates that the kanban is defined as a single usage kanban. |
Type |
The type of the job. A process kanban job is generated by a manufacturing kanban. A transfer kanban job is generated by a withdrawal kanban or a manufacturing kanban. |
