Also, added information on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Good, a special version of CRM for tablets that works with Good Technology’s mobile security platform.

Configure folder-level tracking

Added new topic on how to enable folder-level tracking for Exchange folders to map an Exchange Inbox folder to a CRM record so that all the emails in the Exchange folder get automatically tracked against the mapped record in CRM.

Enable change tracking to control data synchronization

Customize CRM for phones and tablets

Updated the existing topic. Added information about customizing the new CRM for phones app, including how to hide fields, sections, or tabs from displaying on the phone app.

Create and edit mobile forms for CRM for phones express

Updated the existing topic for the previous version of the phone app, which is now called CRM for phones express. Mobile forms for this app are now labeled Mobile – Express.
