Route feasibility (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Production control > Common > Routes > All routes. Select the route, and then, on the Action Pane, click Route versions. In the Route details form, select the version, and then click Route feasibility.

Use this form to validate whether there are resources that can satisfy all resource requirements for all operations for a route version on a selected date.

Date

Enter the date for which to check the feasibility of the route version.

Use requirements for

Select whether to check the feasibility of the route version, with regard to the resource requirements that must be used, for operations scheduling or job scheduling.

Feasible

The feasibility of the route version. A green check mark indicates that the route is considered feasible. A red X indicates that it is not considered feasible.

Oper. No.

The identifier of the operation on the route version.

Priority

The priority of the operation on the route version.

Operation

The name of the operation on the route version.

Next

The identifier of the next operation on the route version.

Resource quantity

The number of operations resources that are required for the operation.

Applicable resources

The number of operations resources that are required to satisfy the requirements for the operation on the route version.

Requirement type

The type of requirement for the activity on the route version.

Requirement

The specific capability that the operations resource must possess.

Operation scheduling

A selected check box indicates that the resource is used for operations scheduling.

Job scheduling

A selected check box indicates that the resource is used for job scheduling.

Resource

The identifier of the operations resource.

Resource group

The identifier of the operations resource group that the operations resource is assigned to on the specified date.

Production unit

The identifier of the production unit where the resource is physically located on the specified date.
