Move items (form)

Click Inventory management > Periodic > Shipments > Shipment staging. In the Lines pane, click Functions > Move items to floor.

Click Inventory management > Periodic > Shipments > Shipment staging. In the Lines pane, click Functions > Move items to another pallet.
–or–
Click Inventory management > Periodic > Shipments > Shipment staging. In the Lines field group, click Functions > Move to shipment.
Use this form to complete the following tasks:
Move staged lines that have an assigned pallet ID to the floor of the warehouse in the same site.
Move the selected staged lines to another outbound dock or production input location in the same site.
Move the selected lines to another pallet in the same site.
Move the selected lines to another shipment in the same site.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Create a pallet for the moved items. |

Shipment |
The shipment ID that is used by the warehouse system. |
Warehouse |
The warehouse that the items on the lines are assigned to. |
Location |
The location in the warehouse that the items on the lines are assigned to. |
Pallet ID |
The pallet ID that the items on the lines are assigned to. |
Place on the floor |
Select this check box if you are moving items to the floor in the warehouse. |
(To) Shipment |
If you are moving items to another shipment, select a shipment to move the items to. Note You cannot move items to a shipment if the status is Complete. |
(To) Warehouse |
If you are moving items to another location, select the destination warehouse for the selected items. |
(To) Location |
View or select the outbound dock or production input location for the selected items. |
Check text |
Specify the check text that is assigned to the location. |
(To) Pallet ID |
View or select the pallet ID to move the items to. Note You can move only staged lines. |
Pallet type |
If you have created a new pallet, select a pallet type for the selected items. Note You can move only staged lines. |
