Produces a windowed stream based on window definition.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IQStreamable<TPayload>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. Remarks

Window operators see events that are clipped to the boundaries of the window. Output events are points at the end edge of the window.
