QStreamable.CountWindow<TPayload> Method
Produces a windowed stream based on a count. Each window consists of events with count unique start times. The window slides when a new event arrives with a distinct start time.

Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IQStreamable<TPayload>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
