For an on-premises Exchange environment, the Create Mailbox activity creates a new mailbox and a new Active Directory user associated with the new mailbox.

For the Office 365 online environment, the Create Mailbox activity can create a new user with a mailbox in the cloud-based email service.

The following tables list the required properties, optional properties, and published data for the Create Mailbox activity.
