Command-line Options and IExpress
The Internet Explorer Administration Kit 10 (IEAK 10) enables you to control the user experience of Internet Explorer Setup. However, you can also control the setup process by using Internet Explorer 10commands or IExpress. IExpress.exe is a wizard and a command-line tool that comes with Windows Server 2008. You can use IExpress to package installation files and create instructions for the extraction of these files.
