(CHN) Tax integration profiles (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Accounts receivable > Setup > Tax integration > Tax integration profiles.

Use this form to set up the tax integration profiles to use when invoices are imported or exported. An invoice can be exported only once.

This form is available only if you select the Integration with tax system check box in the Accounts receivable parameters form.

Set up inbound port

Open the Create inbound port form to create inbound ports for tax integration.

Set up outbound port

Open the Create outbound port form to create outbound ports for tax integration.

Profile ID

Enter a profile identification number for the tax integration profile.

Profile name

Enter a name for the tax integration profile.

Title

Enter a title for the tax integration profile.

Description

Enter a description of the tax integration profile.

Include tax

Select this check box to specify that the invoice amount includes tax.

Date format

Select YYYY-MM-DD or YYYYMMDD as the date format to use in the export file.

+/-

Select the type of amount that should be displayed in the export file.

Comment symbol

Select the comment symbol to use in the export file.

Separator

Select the separator to use in the export file.

Sales tax code

Select a sales tax code for the invoice.

Maximum invoice amount

Enter the maximum invoice amount to include in the export file.

Maximum invoice lines

Enter the maximum number of invoice lines to include in the export file.

Default commodity

Enter the default item code.

Direct export after posting

Select this check box to export the tax profile after invoices are posted.

Inbound port

The default name of inbound port.

Outbound port

The default name of outbound port.
