Click General ledger > Journals > General journal. Select or create a journal, and then click Lines.

Navigating the form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Voucher type	Select the type for the voucher. The voucher types are set up in the Voucher type setup form. Note This field is available only if you are creating journal vouchers using the Advanced method.
Attachments	Specify the number of attachments for the voucher. Note This field is available only if you are creating journal vouchers using the Advanced method.
