(CHN) GB/T 24589-2010 export (class form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Periodic > China > GB/T 24589 Export.

Use this form to export financial information to an XML file for a selected fiscal period for the GB/T 24589 report. After you export the information, you can review and print the information on the report. You can also set up a batch job to export financial information to the report on a recurring basis.

Before you export financial information for the GB/T 24589 report, select the information that you want to export by using the GB/T 24589-2010 parameters form. For more information see (CHN) GB/T 24589-2010 parameters (form).

Description

General

Select the fiscal year and period for which to export financial information. By default, the current fiscal year and period are displayed.

Batch

Set up details to create the report in a recurring job. For more information about how to set up a batch job, see Submit a batch processing job from a form.

Button

Description

GBT preview

Open a preliminary report to review the information before sending the report.

Recurrence

Create or modify the recurrence schedule of a batch job. For example, you can set up a batch job to run every month.

Alerts

Set up an alert for the batch job. For example, you can set up an alert that is displayed when a batch job is finished.

Field

Description

Fiscal year

Select a fiscal year. By default, the current fiscal year is displayed. The value in this field determines the date on which ledger balances are selected for the GB/T 24589 report.

Fiscal period

Select a fiscal period for the transactions to include on the report. By default, the current fiscal period is displayed.

Export to

The location for the exported files. This location is selected in the GB/T 24589-2010 parameters form.
