Click Cash and bank management > Journals > Slip journal. Select a slip journal, and then click Lines.

Use this form to add lines to a slip journal. These lines include information about accounts, debits and credits, and offset accounts.

Manual rounding

Select this check box to enter a round-off value for the cash amount of the journal line.

Cash round-off

Specify the value to which the value of the journal line is rounded.
