(HUN) Set up a consignment warehouse for a customer

Hungarian tax law requires that companies periodically report any customer consignment stock transactions in warehouses located in other EC member states. You must continuously register stock quantities and submit reports in accordance with the regulatory sales tax settlement periods.

The registration must contain at least the following information:

  • Opening quantity of goods at consignment warehouse

  • Incoming transactions to consignment warehouse

  • Outgoing transactions from consignment warehouse

  • Closing quantity of goods at consignment warehouse

To set up a consignment warehouse:

  1. Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory breakdown > Warehouses.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new warehouse.

  3. Click the General FastTab, and then in the Customer account field select the customer that is associated with the warehouse.

  4. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
