(IND) Service agreements (modified form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click Service management > Common > Service agreements > Service agreements. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click Service agreement.
Use this form to create and maintain service agreements for customers. You can specify whether the agreement is a continuous service agreement. An agreement qualifies as a continuous service agreement if the period of service exceeds three months.

Select this check box to indicate that the service agreement is a continuous service agreement. |
Service event group |
Select the service event group for the service agreement. This field is only available if the Continuous service check box is selected. |
