(IND) Create customs tax groups and attach to tax codes

  1. Click General ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Sales tax groups.

    Note

    For more information, see "Sales tax groups (form)" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. Enter a unique identification for customs tax group in the Sales tax group field.

  4. Enter name of the customs tax group in the Description field.

  5. Enter the other required fields on the Overview tab.

  6. Modify the required fields on the General tab.

  7. Click the Setup tab and select the customs tax code to attach to the customs tax group in the Sales tax code field.

    The percentage that is defined for the tax code is displayed in the Percentage/amount field and the preferential value that is defined for the tax code is displayed in the Preferential value field.

    Note

    Click General ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Sales tax codes. Click Values
