(IND) Incentive scheme groups (form)

Click General ledger > Setup > EXIM > Incentive scheme groups.

Note

The Incentive scheme groups menu item is available only if you select the Activate incentive schemes check box in the Sales tax area in the General ledger parameters form.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select a sales order that is an export order, and then, on the Action Pane, on the Sales order tab, click Edit. In the Sales order form, on the Sales order lines FastTab, click Product and supply, and then click Incentive scheme group.

Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Select a purchase order, and then, on the Action Pane, on the Purchase order tab, click Edit. In the Purchase order form, on the Purchase order lines FastTab, click Purchase order line, and then click Incentive scheme group.

Use this form to create or update incentive scheme groups.

Open the Tax codes for incentive schemes form, where you can view the tax codes that are applicable to the incentive scheme.

DEPB licenses

Update the related DEPB license number hierarchy for the EPCG license.

Support for Duty Entitlement Pass Book (DEPB) incentive schemes has been deprecated and may be removed from future versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Incentive scheme group

Enter the name of the incentive scheme group.

Description

Enter a description for the group.

Port ID

Select the name of the port that was created in the EXIM ports form.

Incentive scheme

Select the incentive scheme to be grouped.

Product group

Select the name of the product group.

Authorization ID

Select the authorization number, which is based on the scheme that is selected in the Incentive scheme field.

License number

The license number of the authorization. This number is issued by the customs authority.

Import expiration date

The last date on which you can apply the license to imports.

Export expiration date

The expiration date of the export obligation of the license.
