(IND) RG23A item details (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Excise > Excise register. In the Excise register inquiry form, in the Register field, select RG23A Part - I, enter the required details, and then click OK. In the RG23A Part - I transactions form, click Inquiries > RG23A item details.
Use this form to view the item details for the excise transactions that are posted to the RG23A Part I register for the criteria selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

Fields

Date |
The date of the posted excise transaction. |
Opening balance |
The beginning balance of the quantity of an item in the RG23A Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria. |
Receipt quantity |
The quantity of the item that is purchased and updated in the RG23A Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria. |
Issue quantity |
The quantity of the sold item as it is updated in the RG23A Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria. Note The Issue quantity field includes the sales quantity from the purchase order, movement journal, transfer order, production order, bills of materials journal, and sales order. The sales quantity is a negative quantity. |
DSA quantity |
The quantity of the item that is used in the manufacturing process and updated in the Daily Stock Accounting (DSA) register on the specified date for the selected criteria. |
Total available |
The total quantity of the item that is available in the RG23A Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria. Total available = (Opening balance + Receipt quantity) – (Issue quantity + DSA quantity) |
